The location was amazing. Very relaxing and quiet. The condo had basically all we needed. Host was very responsive. The only negative is the second bedroom was quite warm as there is no ac unit in the room. Drain to the shower in the room was very slow.

Had such a warm and memorable stay at this Condo. The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and had all the little comforts that made it feel like a true home away from home. The property featured a beautiful swimming pool in front of the balcony with overlooking a stunning beach that made relaxing outdoors an absolute pleasure. What really made the experience special was the host Patty’s personal attention. She checked in on us regularly, were always available for any questions, and genuinely cared that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The common WhatsApp group for guests was a great touch and made it so easy to get quick help, local tips, or share any small issues that came up. Overall, it was a cozy, welcoming place with an incredibly attentive host, excellent facilities, and a gorgeous setting that made the whole stay feel effortless and relaxed. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, well-managed home with beautiful outdoor amenities. Most of things were quite good with attentive details, however we would like to suggest having a full-length mirror that will definitely have an added advantage.

There was so many activities to choose from and still ample time to relax on the beach. This will be remembered as one of the best New Year's trips ever.

We just spent five weeks in Coral 401 and loved it. It had everything we needed for our vacation. The beds were comfortable with high end linens and huge pillows. We ate most of our meals out on the large balcony while watching for whales. The condo is conveniently located near the two tennis courts where we played almost every day. There was ample shelves and closet space for all our stuff and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. It also came stocked with paper towel, T.P. garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent, all we had to purchase was our food and beer. The white stucco with the orange tile floors was so pretty. There were always plenty of empty loungers on the beach. Very quiet ,just how we like it. The bus stops just outside so it was super easy to get into town. Lorena the owner and Denisse the property manager were very nice and answered all our questions promptly. We cant wait to return.

This property is very secure and much more beautiful in person. It is in the best location along the coast and near San Jose. We enjoyed the days we stayed at the resort and when we ventured out. The locals around San Jose and this resort were really lovely and shared helpful recommendations. 5 days felt like 2 weeks. Enjoying coffee on our patio and semi private pool was the best way to wake up. The landscaping and views are stunning. Our condo was extremely comfortable and I could have stayed for a season no problem.

Paty made sure we knew exactly how to get to Delphin 101, and gave local recommendations for grocery’s before we even arrived. She was at the door when we first drove up to the property and made sure we were comfortable in the condo. The view of the ocean is great, and access to Casa Del Mar is a perk for sure. 10/10 would recommend!

We will be back! Wonderful location with a beautiful ocean view that can be seen from the living room, bedroom and hammock. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and the host provided lots of great recommendations. This on the edge of the resort making it feel very private but still very close to walk to the restaurant and main pool (with bar). There is also a pool right out front.

I visited with my family for ten days its a beautiful place!! Peaceful and comfortable ! Large kitchen, large rooms. Beachfront you can watch the whales from the apartment. You have a little lawn in front where the kids can play or sunbathe. The location of the apartment inside the complex allows for great privacy.

The condo is located inside of the Casa del Mar establishment, and you have access to all of the property which is beautiful. The condo is perfect for two couples and even a little one. Since the rooms are separated by a living area, they remain very quiet and each has a private bath. This area is a bit outside of both San Jose and Cabo San Lucas so you'll need a car if you want to get outside of the property. Great stay.

Excellent time in this quiet condo community. It is in the perfect location between San Jose and San Lucas. Two things to note: First, you’ll need to rent a car (food in surrounding hotels ultra expensive). Second, the beach in front of the hotel is not swimable due to year round rip. There are other great beaches within a 10 mins drive. Overall, the place was great and so was our vacation.
